Encore Theatrical Arts Project, Inc. ("ETAP," "we," "our," or "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit performing arts organization (EIN: 54-1980693) based in Chantilly, Virginia. We are committed to protecting the privacy of everyone who visits encore-tap.org ("the Site").

ETAP does not collect, process, or store any payment or financial information. Ticket purchases and donations are handled entirely by third-party platforms, Etix and PayPal respectively, on their own secure systems.

- To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
- To send donation acknowledgments when applicable
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Third-Party Services
Etix Ticket Purchases
Ticket sales are processed through Etix. When you purchase tickets through the Site, you are redirected to Etix's platform and any information you provide there is subject to Etix's own privacy policy, available at etix.com. ETAP does not receive or store your payment details.
PayPal Donations
Donations are processed through PayPal. Any information you provide through PayPal is subject to PayPal's privacy policy, available at paypal.com. ETAP does not receive or store your payment details.
The Site also links to external platforms including the Virginia Dance Coalition and ETAP's social media channels on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. ETAP is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party site.
5. Data Protection
We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we collect from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Contact form submissions are stored securely and accessible only to authorized ETAP staff.
Payment and financial data is handled entirely by Etix and PayPal and is not stored on ETAP's systems or servers.
No method of data transmission or storage is completely secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

You have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction — Ask us to correct any inaccurate information
- Deletion — Request that we delete your personal information, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it
