5. Ticket Purchases

Ticket sales for ETAP productions are processed through Etix, an independent third-party ticketing platform. By purchasing tickets through the Site, you agree to Etix's terms of service, available at etix.com.

All refund and exchange requests are governed by Etix's policies. ETAP does not collect or store any payment information submitted through Etix.

6. Donations

Donations made through the Site are processed by PayPal. By donating, you agree to PayPal's terms of service, available at paypal.com. ETAP does not collect or store any payment information submitted through PayPal.

Encore Theatrical Arts Project, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (EIN: 54-1980693). Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult a qualified tax advisor regarding the deductibility of your contribution.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ETAP makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Site, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
